Returns
Not 100% happy with your purchase ? No problem, send it on back and we'll find a good home for it. Please notify us by email to 'aviatorworkwear@gmail.com' that you will be returning your purchase and include your order sheet with your order so we can identify who to refund to.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not send back items if you fall outside our guidelines of 14 days as you will have to pay a re postage fee.
- Email us that you are returning your order.
- Return your order and include your order sheet with the note for either exchange or refund.
- If you require an exchange write on your order sheet under notes Exchange for whatever you require.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment that same day. Paypal refunds are instant but banks can take up to 5 working days to put the monies back into your account.
